According to too many literature and research results it is obviously known organic acids help kill bacteria, both in the water and in the crop / proventriculus, increasing digestibility of proteins, stimulating the growth of lactobacilli in the crop and regulating micro flora in the gut. It should be reminded that single organic acid con not be helpful as mixture of organic acid and their salt.
